East Mississippi State Hospital is Hiring a Behavioral Health Specialist II Near Meridian, MS
- Must have LPC, LMFT, LM/CSW, L/CMHT, or L/CAT license.
- Provide psychological services to IRS, including individual supportive counseling to IRS on assigned case loads
- Conduct chart reviews and gather information related to but not limited to, diagnosis, behavior, treatment plans and therapy
- Complete written psychological reports, including weekly progress notes
- Provide weekly 1:1 contact with IRS on case load discussing concerns, problems, and issues in connection with their diagnosis and treatment plan
- Conduct or co-facilitate groups according to EMSH psychology protocols
- Attend treatment team meetings and family conferences for IRS
- Completion of court notices and certificates of discharge as assigned
- Other tasks assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $43,509.00 per year
